The epoxy resins market has seen some dramatic changes since early 2020. The industry was able to rise from the ashes of the Covid-19 pandemic and soar to dizzy new heights as short supply , robust demand and disruption of the supply chains due to container shortages, driver absences, port congestion, lack of shipping space and the winter freeze in Texas, launched prices into the stratosphere in the first half of 2021. Producers and buyers have been given some breathing space during the summer slowdown but a heavy turnaround period in the Asian and Chinese BPA market, and new downstream plants due to come on line in the second half of 2021 may have another disrupting effect.

In recent years, she has led the successful development and launch of the company’s newest service, Epoxy Resins & Co-Reactants. Jennifer’s previous experience at Tecnon OrbiChem includes work in the Styrene and Unsaturated Polyester Resins services. Prior to joining Tecnon OrbiChem, Jennifer worked as a journalist on local and national UK newspaper titles.
